Terms of Service

By accessing or using the VeveTrack platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users including customers, drivers, operators, hotel partners, and administrators. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

VeveTrack reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

VeveTrack is a web-based cab and taxi fleet management platform that facilitates:

• Ride bookings between customers and registered drivers in Chennai and Tamil Nadu
• Fleet management for cab operators including car tracking and assignment
• Hotel partner integrations with customised fare discounts
• SMS-based booking notifications and status updates
• Reporting and analytics for fleet operators

VeveTrack acts as a technology platform connecting customers with independent cab operators and drivers. We do not directly own or operate the vehicles.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• Drivers and operators must possess valid licences, permits, and vehicle documents as required by Indian law and applicable Tamil Nadu transport regulations.

Access to the VeveTrack admin/operator portal requires an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at support@vevetrack.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or compromise the safety of other users.

Bookings made through VeveTrack are subject to driver availability. VeveTrack does not guarantee availability at all times.

• Fares are calculated based on our published tariff structure (base fare, per-km rate, per-hour rate, waiting charges, and applicable night surcharges between 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
• Hotel partner discounts apply only when the booking is linked to a valid hotel partner credit code.
• The actual fare may differ from the estimate if the trip distance, duration, or waiting time varies from the initial booking details.
• Customers must be available at the specified pickup location at the scheduled time.

By providing your phone number and booking a ride, you consent to receive transactional SMS from VeveTrack. These include booking confirmations, driver assignment details, OTPs, and status updates. Standard carrier rates may apply. You may opt out by replying STOP to any SMS or contacting our support team.

You must not:

• Provide false or misleading information during registration or booking
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, threaten, or abuse drivers, operators, or other users
• Attempt to access the platform through unauthorised means
• Interfere with or disrupt platform infrastructure
• Use the Service in a manner that violates Indian traffic or transport laws

Fares are payable as agreed at the time of booking. VeveTrack supports cash and online payment methods where available. Invoices are generated for completed rides. Disputes regarding fares must be raised within 48 hours of trip completion by contacting support.

All content, branding, logos, software, and data on the VeveTrack platform are the exclusive property of VeveTrack. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeveTrack shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
• Delays, cancellations, or unavailability of drivers
• Loss or damage to personal belongings during a ride
• Actions or omissions of independent drivers or operators

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fare paid for the specific booking in dispute.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VeveTrack and its employees, partners, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
